Stayed for relatively short period and definitely felt great to reside in the heart of town. Amenities on this stretch aplenty with NTUC Fairprice less than 3mins away and coffeeshops/restaurants 5mins away so breakfasts and suppers are of no issue. Short walk to Orchard Central also means access to MRT via Somerset. The other side is River Valley and Robertson Quay for those who enjoy evening drinks.
Communal space is considered small but has the necessary. Enjoyed the sizable pool/gym and the quiet space. Definitely better than most of the small devt around.
Although the build quality is mediocre, the interior feels posh with branded fittings such as Hansgrohe and Gaggenau. The duct a/c as well as the built-in kitchenette also give a hotel feel.
Definitely one of the best devt in the area and of great value.
I recommend this building for: City Living, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Western Expats and Asian Expats.
